Hardline Contracting is currently looking to add an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to our team in High Ridge, Missouri.  This can potentially be a hybrid position. 

* Applicants must be proficient in Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Payroll, and Excel. 

Principal Accountabilities:
Job costing by tracking expenses and time for all projects

​Assist with human resources tasks including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

Track team members hours 

Perform weekly payroll in Qucikbooks Online 
Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Data Entry
Collect and record expense receipts
Conduct a monthly reconciliation of all financial accounts
Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company's financial statements
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system

Assist in creating and tracking budgets
Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management

Oversee our company fleet of vehicles and equipment (track maintenance, repairs, inspections, etc) 
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge/experience in Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Payroll, Excel and generally accepted accounting principles. 

This will be a part time position that could lead into a fulltime position.
